Ordered the Kimchi Jjigae 김치 찌개, great flavor. Definitely spicy! But we wondered if there was actually pork belly inside as advertised… we asked and they stated it’s shredded and through the soup. Would have liked a bit more pork, but it was a great meal, and wonderful service from staff!

I had the silken tofu stew with seafood and it was disappointing. The portion size was small with little tofu that was broken into small pieces. One shrimp and three pieces of clams were all there was to call it “seafood silken tofu stew”. I added an egg but they forgot it. The taste was too salty and at 18 USD, it is overpriced for a tofu stew. The lady at the counter was helpful, though. She was familiar with all the details of the menu and could help my husband choose a dish. The atmosphere was what you’d expect from a food court. Loud, chaotic and noisy, made worse by a live band which was not good at all.

I went to this booth as the cashier seemed so happy and eager to answer my questions. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the gomtang that I ordered was so flavorful! And the price was great! Definitely coming back.

Starting off, the service at the register was amazing. Molly was super friendly and patient while we were ordering. I was torn between a few options and asked for her recommendation, and she suggested the #19. I have to say, the recommendation was spot on! We ended up trying the #32, #19, and #27, and all three were extremely flavorful and prepared really well. The food also came out pretty quickly. Not long after we ordered, a crowd started forming at the stand, so it’s clearly a popular spot. Overall, great service, great recommendations, and great food.

H-mart is usually very busy, but it's nice that it has a little food court despite the chaos. We tried some staples from Myung Ga including beef bulgogi bibimbap and seafood pancake.. but it was definitely on the greasy / salty side. The seafood pancake was very flour heavy. Overall the food was alright!
